However, we understand that there might be situations where you need to return or request a refund for your purchase. - Returns Eligibility
Our refund and returns policy lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the heavy machinery or equipment must be in the same condition as when you received it. It should be unused, free from damages, and with all the original components and packaging intact.
Please note that certain types of machinery or equipment are exempt from being returned. Any customized or specially ordered machinery, equipment, or parts cannot be returned. Additionally, perishable goods such as lubricants, fuels, and other consumables related to machinery operation are non-returnable.
- Proof of Purchase
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Return Process
Please do not send the heavy machinery or equipment back to the manufacturer. Instead, follow these steps to initiate a return:

b. Inspection and Approval: Once we receive your request, we will assess the eligibility of the return. We may require additional information or conduct an inspection of the machinery or equipment.
c. Refund or Exchange: If your return is approved, you can choose between a refund or exchange for an equivalent product. The refund will be processed using the original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
- Partial Refunds
In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted. This includes cases where:
- The machinery or equipment shows signs of use beyond reasonable wear and tear.
- Any part of the machinery or equipment is damaged due to improper use or handling.
- The machinery or equipment is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these steps:

b. Contact Your Credit Card Company: If the refund is not posted in your bank account, contact your credit card company as there may be processing time involved.

We only replace machinery or equipment if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same product, please contact our customer support team at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 1-(833) 693-9323 to initiate the exchange process. - Shipping Returns
To return your heavy machinery or equipment, please mail it to the Head Office Address mentioned above.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning an expensive item, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
